Why I Serve FSA

I serve at FSA because I believe every child, youth, and family deserves access to quality mental health care and innovative services that truly meet their needs. My career has always centered on supporting people in crisis and helping families navigate complex challenges, and at FSA I see that mission come to life every day. What makes this agency so special is the culture we’ve built and the dedication of our staff, who go above and beyond to ensure families feel supported, valued, and hopeful. Serving here allows me to combine my clinical experience, leadership, and passion for community to strengthen programs that make a real difference in people’s lives.
