Leslie Adamson
Manager of Care Coordination
Leslie Adamson is a Manager of Care Coordination in the Pathways Program at Family Service Association (FSA). She joined FSA in 2022 as a SASS Therapist and stepped into her manager role in late 2024. Since joining the agency, Leslie has become a certified Trauma Specialist, completed specialized training in providing therapy services for veterans, and piloted the Why Try program, bringing it to the office groups, and inspired the School-Based team to use it in schools throughout Kane County. Before her time at FSA, Leslie served as an Executive Director and Program Director in New Jersey for four years, where she trained and supported staff working in group homes for adults with mental and physical challenges. She also spent 12 years in Utah working at a residential facility for youth, facilitating groups for teens with a variety of diagnoses, including anger management, sexual behavior issues, gang-related involvement, and substance use. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminology from Brigham Young University–Idaho, and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Criminal Justice. She is currently pursuing a second Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, which she will complete in November 2026. Outside of work, Leslie channels her creativity into singing, crafting, and sewing. She’s a self-proclaimed Disney enthusiast, a bringer of laughter, and a true crime aficionado—always ready to brighten someone’s day while keeping life interesting.
