Tameron Keeffe
Chief Clinical Officer
Tameron has been at FSA since December 2014 and her previous roles at FSA include SASS Therapist, Manager of Crisis Services, and Director of Crisis Services. Tameron has a passion for working with individuals in crisis through helping individuals find their strengths to navigate those tough time and supporting them in getting their needs met in hopes to lessen future crisis situations. In her current role, Tameron enjoys collaborating across departments to support FSA clients, staff, programs, and overall mission. She also volunteers as a Mental Health Peer on a critical incident debriefing team for first responders in Northern Illinois. Prior to FSA, Tameron has experience working in domestic violence prevention, therapeutic day school, and residential. Tameron received her LCSW in 2017 and holds a MSW from Washington University in St. Louis. She has spent most of her life in the Elgin area and enjoys being able to support the community she grew up in and still resides in with her partner, two kids, and two cats.
