Why did you choose Family Service Association of Greater Elgin Area?
I was told by a colleague that they were in urgent need of a Client Resource Specialist (billing person).
If you had to give a 2-minute elevator speech on what you do every day, what would you say?
Everyday is different in the world of billing, I can start my day with my basic duties that involve client data, to the reconciliation of claims along with collections of outstanding balances, the list can go on and on.
What is the favorite part of your job?
Seeing the funding that comes in after a busy month from each program.
Who has had the most influence on your work career?
I would have to say my previous supervisor/owner/operator, Rita Troeger, from an old employer whom I am still best friends with after 17 long years.

If you could meet someone, dead or alive, who would it be?
Imelda Marcos- Because we have fashion and shoes in common.
If you could pick a superpower what would it be?
To duplicate myself so that I can be where I am needed at any given time.
Favorite Food?
Stuffed Chicken breast with Kalamata olives and goat cheese.
Weirdest thing you've ever eaten?
Oysters (yuk)
