Darley is a licensed clinical professional counselor who joined the FSA team in October 2012, as a bilingual outpatient therapist. He has a Bachelor's Degree in psychology from La Sabana University (Bogota, Colombia), and a Master’s Degree in clinical professional psychology from Roosevelt University (Chicago, IL), where he graduated as a member of Psi Chi, The International Honor Society In Psychology.

He is passionate about psychology, and more specifically about the treatment of anxiety disorders using cognitive behavioral therapies. He obtained a certificate from the University of Leon in Spain on the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders and also received training on CBT directly from Aaron Beck, MD, and Judith Beck, MD, at the Beck Institute in Philadelphia.

He has experience working in private practice and community mental health centers, where he has served as a case manager, outpatient therapist, team leader of a psychosocial rehabilitation program, and supervisor of the department of rehabilitation and developmental disabilities of a community mental health agency in Chicago.

Darley loves sports, especially English soccer (Go Liverpool!), and he spends most of his time with his family or reading and learning about web development, which is one of his biggest passions. He received a Master’s Degree in computer information systems with a concentration on web application development from Boston University in May 2018.
