Jennette Siebens
Director Of Care Coordination
Jennette Siebens LCPC is the Director of Care Coordination at FSA, where she blends her passion for counseling with her motivation as a leader in program development. Jennette earned her MA degree in Clinical Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2006. Jennette’s clinical experience in the workforce began in Criminal Justice, within DuPage County’s Probation Department. Beginning as an Adult probation officer supervising domestic violence and mental health clients, Jennette shifted gears into a therapy position with Juvenile probation. Her position as a Functional Family Therapist led to co-development of the Strong Roots Family Therapy Program still housed within the local probation department. Jennette began pairing her time at the probation department with her private practice, originating in 2011. Her interests thrive in supporting families to improve their lives together, coaching for parents with vulnerable teens, and training in communication skills for other various client groups.
In 2017, Jennette became the Director of the School Based Mental Health Program at Family Service Association of Greater Elgin. In this position, Jennette led the programming alongside a strong 10 therapist team designed to support students and families within designated schools in U46 and District 300, family homes, and the community.
In 2022 when Illinois’ HFS initiated the Program, Pathways to Success, Jennette accepted the position as Director of Care Coordination. She co-leads the largest Care Coordination Team in Illinois with 2 supporting Managers and 18 community-based Care Coordinators, in addition to the small but mighty Family Support Program (FSP).
In April 2024, Jennette began training FSA’s Psychiatric Therapy Dog, Henri Jeffrey. Along with the Professional Trainers from Dog Training Elite, she’s looking forward to integrating Henri and Animal-Assisted Interventions into FSA’s existing therapy work.
