Manager of Outpatient Therapy

Marina Salinas is the Manager of Outpatient Therapy Services. Marina has been working at FSA since 2015, starting as a SASS crisis and therapy intern and later working as a bilingual SASS therapist, providing crisis stabilization services to youth and young adults in the Kane County area. In 2019, Marina received the Juvenile Justice Council Youth Service Professional Award for her clinical work with youth. Prior to working at FSA, Marina had previous experience working in a variety of mental health and social service settings including in a domestic violence shelter, a partial hospitalization program, and in geriatrics. Marina has her Bachelor's of Science degree in Family and Child Studies from Northern Illinois University and her Master's of Social Work degree from Aurora University. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading, listening to podcasts, and being outdoors.
