Public Message on COVID

Dear Customers and Colleagues of FSA,

The safety of those we serve and our staff are of the utmost importance to us. Starting tomorrow (3/17/20) until March 30, 2020, we will move to primarily remote work. If you are working with a therapist, they will reach out to you about the time and method on how you will continue to work together. All group activities at the agency have been cancelled. We are providing limited face-to-face services for those who need it to feel safe and well after screening for possible symptoms. Mobile Crisis Response services are continuing as normal for now. Further information will be posted on our website as we negotiate agreements with the State of Illinois.

Agency staff will still be answering our phones during normal business hours. We will temporarily only have one line coming into our live answered phone. If that one line is busy, all additional calls will be forwarded to our answering service. We ask that you call back again later to get through to us if you get the answering service. Again, if you are a current client, please anticipate that your assigned staff person will be reaching out to you.

We understand that the current events are anxiety provoking. We thank you for your faith and trust in us as we negotiate these trying times together.
